WTO USA announces the completion and opening of its North American headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 21,600 square foot building includes modern offices, a fully equipped repair and service area, warehouse and showroom to serve the growing customer base in North America.

In order to meet the company’s global sustainability goals, solar modules have been installed across the entire roof. According to the company, the solar system generates around 250,000 kilowatt hours of electricity annually and more than 6.8 million kilowatt hours over its expected lifespan of 30 years. This corresponds to a saving of over 5,300 tons of carbon dioxide. WTO USA states that it generates a large part of its own electricity consumption.

WTO USA was founded in 1995 as WTO Inc. by Sascha Tschiggfrei. Since then, the company has served the North American market directly from its own sales and service center. Customers receive after-sales support and a professional repair service from its own specialists. This building forms the basis for further expansion in the North American market.
