According to the Harrington Fire Company, three people are in critical condition after being electrocuted in Harrington shortly after noon on Wednesday.

A fire department spokesman said emergency crews were dispatched to the first block of Dorman Street for a reported electrical shock. They found three injured people. All were treated at the scene and transported to local hospitals, two of them by air.

The three men were re-roofing a house when they were electrocuted, said Harrington Police Chief Adam Gillespie. For reasons still under investigation, a ladder the men were using fell into the power line, electrocuting the three men.
