Which supercar was Tyreek Hill driving when he was arrested on the street? Check out

Hours before his first game of the season against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, Tyreek Hill was arrested by Miami-Dade police for a traffic accident just a block from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. Video shows the wide receiver lying facedown on the ground and handcuffed while four police officers stand over him.

In the background of the scene you can see Hill’s dark-colored luxury car with the butterfly door open.

So what kind of supercar did “Cheetah” drive?

Matt Cruz, owner of the car rental company MVP Miami, confirmed to the Miami Herald that the wheels were a McLaren 720S. It is unclear whether the 30-year-old wide receiver owns or rented this beauty, which can cost around $350,000.

But an earlier viral video shows him attempting to jump over a similar-looking model.

Cruz watched Sunday’s video and agreed that the McLaren was an eye-catcher and not a “subtle show-off.”

“It’s very big and very impressive with a big wow factor,” he said. “You can’t help but stare at it.”

According to the British automaker, the “apex predator” accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, making it one of the fastest on the road. The top speed is around 212 mph.

This sleek coupe can also be heard from quite a distance, as evidenced by a sound in Drake’s video for his 2023 song “Another Late Night.”

“The engine sounds decent,” says Cruz, who rents this sleek, powerful machine for about $1,200 a day. “It can be loud.”

Hill was reportedly stopped for speeding, but told reporters after the game that he had “no idea” why the situation escalated.

The Miami-Dade Police Department is investigating the traffic stop; one of the four officers involved has since been assigned administrative duties.
