Before the closing ceremony takes place in Paris on Sunday, a series of medal competitions will take place to conclude the 2024 Olympic Games.
Sunday, August 11th is July 1st and the last day of competition at the Olympic Games in Paris.
Although there are significantly fewer events on this day than on most other days, there are still fourteen medal competitions to see.
The United States has some big medal opportunities on Sunday, including the men’s water polo bronze medal match against Hungary, the women’s volleyball gold medal match against Italy and the women’s basketball gold medal match against their home country of France.
