The country star turned the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards into a fiery date night when he hit the red carpet with his husband on September 26 Brendan McLoughlin at her side.

For the swanky evening at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, the couple opted for classic fashion. Miranda, 40, wore a low-cut chocolate dress with a statement turquoise necklace, while her husband of five years looked stylish in dark trousers and a black button-up shirt. “I am men my country music era forever,” Miranda exclusively shared Heather McMahan To Live from E!: People’s Choice Country Awards, “So if I can have turquoise, sequins and fringe, I say, ‘Sign me up.'”

Although this isn’t Miranda’s first red carpet rodeo, it’s a particularly big night for her: she’ll be accepting the Country Icon Award during the ceremony, hosted by Shania Twain and streaming on Peacock.

And it’s extra special that her husband of five years is there to watch her shine.

“Brendan is the best,” Miranda said exclusively E! News at the 2024 VMAs earlier this month. “He’s up for anything, super happy and supportive in the best possible way. Let me do my thing, but he’s right by my side and it’s really great.”
