WATCH: Bison Postgame Show vs. North Dakota – InForum

FARGO – Cam Miller completed 13 of 19 passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns and added another rushing touchdown as North Dakota State cruised past North Dakota 41-17.

Miller’s rushing touchdown was the 42nd of his career and set a new Missouri Valley Football Conference record for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback. The record was previously held by former Bison star Easton Stick.

Miller left the game late in the third quarter with an ankle injury and did not return. Bison head coach Tim Polasek described the injury as “not serious and he could have returned to the game.”

The Bison defense had a strong game for the second straight game, with Sam Jung leading the way with six tackles. NDSU forced two turnovers from Simon Romfo while adding a sack.

Kody Huisman had five tackles, a career high.

WDAY’s Sam Goetzinger is joined by Forum’s Jeff Kolpack, Eric Peterson and Mike McFeely to recap the win and look ahead to next week’s NDSU game at Southern Illinois.
