Warminster Line trains will be replaced by shuttle buses from September 7 to November 3

SEPTA announced that due to planned work on the Warminster Line, bus service will replace train service from Saturday, September 7 through Sunday, November 3.

On weekends, a bus replacement service is provided between Warminster and Glenside stations. On weekdays, a bus replacement service is provided between Warminster and Roslyn stations during the midday hours only (8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.).

SEPTA officials also said that a special one-day schedule for the Warminster Line will be in effect on Sept. 7 due to a bus replacement between the Glenside and Warminster stops.

Weekend shuttle bus service between Warminster and Glenside stations

There will be a shuttle bus change throughout the working day.

Buses depart from Warminster station 24 minutes earlier than the regular train time. Trains depart 5 minutes after the bus arrives at Glenside Station. Passengers should arrive approximately 25 To 30 minutes at their travel time.

For the round trip, the connecting shuttle bus departs 4 minutes after the train arrives. Passengers should arrive approx. 25 To 30 minutes at their travel time.

Information about the weekend shuttle buses

Entering (towards the city centre): There is no fare charge in the shuttle bus; passengers Tap at Glenside Station and tap at their final destination.
Departing passengers (towards Warminster) tap at Glenside Station and take the shuttle bus to your final destination.

Weekday shuttle service between Warminster and Roslyn stations

The shuttle bus replacement will be provided by 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m..

Buses depart from Warminster station 12 minutes earlier than the regular train time. Trains depart 2 minutes after the bus arrives at Roslyn Station. Passengers should arrive approximately 15 To 20 minutes at their travel time.

For round trip transportation, the shuttle bus departs 3 minutes after the train arrives at Roslyn Station. Passengers should arrive approximately 10 minutes before the train leaves. 15 To 20 minutes at their travel time.

Customer service (215-580-7800) is available to answer questions and provide assistance Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
