During the rally in Erie, Pennsylvania, former President Donald Trump suggested that “this one truly violent day” and “one hard hour” could put an end to shoplifting. He even referred to Congressman Mike Kelly, R-Pa., who was in the crowd, saying that if he were in charge, the crime that exists today wouldn’t exist.
