When we started Rio, the goal was simple: to create a great place to work, share good times, and serve the best Tex-Mex food and margaritas around.

Since opening Rio Grande at 143 West Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins, the restaurant has expanded its doors to other parts of Colorado, opening locations in Boulder, Denver, Greeley and Lone Tree. The food is delicious and the margaritas are always Instagram-worthy, too.

To celebrate 38 great years in Fort Collins, the Rio Grande is hosting an anniversary party on Friday, August 23rd from 4pm to 11pm. The celebration will feature live music, a magic show, a tequila tasting station with special tequilas and cocktails, and a raffle for prizes.
