These are some luxury apartments in Westchester, NY that are available for rent

play

It’s no secret that new housing appears seemingly out of thin air in Westchester every year. And while the average gross rent in the county was about $1,762 in 2022 (according to the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey), there are a small number of renters willing to spend more than that amount to get what they really want in an apartment.

According to census data, 11% of renters paid $3,000 or more per month in 2022, and rents have only increased since then.

We’ve rounded up some of the most expensive apartments in Westchester. Available units are in Tuckahoe, Mamaroneck, White Plains, and New Rochelle.

Note that one or more of these deals may no longer be on the market at the time of publication. Read on to see our list.
