The Ultimate NYC Dining and Nightlife Experience –

For an unforgettable date night in the heart of Times Square, look no further than Circo Restaurant and Club at 1604 Broadway. My husband and I recently ventured to this gem expecting a luxurious dining experience, but what we experienced went above and beyond – it was an evening of exciting entertainment and fine dining that exceeded all expectations.

The atmosphere at Circo goes beyond traditional food and immerses you in a lively, nightclub-like environment that pulsates with excitement. Upon entering, you are greeted by an enchanting, multi-story space where an artistic performance or musical element can be seen in every corner, creating a sensory feast like no other. As we climbed to the second and third levels, we realized that Circo Restaurant and Club isn’t just a restaurant – it’s a spectacle.

Our evening started with a delicious cocktail, The soil is made of guava– a refreshing blend of Tito’s vodka, ginger, guava, lime and soda that sets the tone for the flavors to come. We enjoyed it as a starter Tuna 3 wayswith toquito, tiradito and ceviche presentations that delighted the senses. The Yucca and cangrejo croquetteswith saffron, corn relish and smoked paprika, were the perfect prelude to the star of the night: the Argentine oysters Rockefeller. Crispy and creamy, with parmesan cheese and horseradish cream, these oysters were the best I’ve ever tasted.

The festival continued Circo Tijuana Caesar Saladwith grated romaine lettuce, cotija cheese, crispy boquerones and homemade croutons. Afterwards we enjoyed the tender Pulpo Yucateco– grilled octopus bathed in a warm chorizo ​​garlic salsa – and the taste Branzino Con Malangacovered with tarot root crust and served with a sofrito pineapple salsa.

For our main course we shared Arroz Con Mariscosa decadent seafood dish loaded with ½ lobster, shrimp, squid, mussels and clams. To round off the meal, we treated ourselves to a rich chocolate lava cake with delicious chocolate sauce – a perfect ending.

As the night progressed, the energy in the circo increased to full swing. World-class DJs took over and the venue was transformed into a vibrant nightclub that offered the ultimate retreat. My husband and I danced the night away and enjoyed the electric atmosphere.
