The 2024 Fried Chicken Festival returns with an exciting live entertainment program that will make your weekend unforgettable! This year’s festival, which will take place on October 5th and 6th at the New Orleans Lakefront, will feature some of the biggest names in music as well as local legends.

The 2024 Fried Chicken Festival pulls out all the stops with headliners like the multi-platinum rock band Better than Ezra and Southern rap icon Bun B. R&B singer Teedra Moses will also grace the stage and bring her soulful voice to the festival’s mix of musical genres.

Festival visitors will be treated to a diverse program of rock, rap, jazz, funk and zydeco. The favorites from New Orleans are on stage Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Shamarr Allen, BoneramaAnd Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisersand promises energetic and unforgettable performances. Now Louisiana’s own Cupid is sure to get the crowd in the mood with his famous dance hit “Cupid Shuffle.”

Bounce artist from New Orleans Choppa and the ever-living Hasizzlenext to it TBC Brass Bandwill have everyone on the street dancing with their energetic sets and brass-heavy funk band Big Sam’s Funky Nation will serve up their signature, infectious grooves.

Whether you’re a rock fan, a New Orleans funk lover, or a bounce music lover, this year’s lineup promises something for everyone. And of course, the festival offers more than just music – expect delicious fried chicken from vendors from across the region, showcasing their signature dishes in a variety of flavors and styles.
