The Brockton siblings both win the Lucky for Life lottery after picking the same winning numbers

BROCKTON – Two Brockton siblings have each won $25,000 for life after matching the same numbers in a “Lucky for Life” lottery on Aug. 25, the Massachusetts State Lottery announced.

William Fralick and Pamela McClure, both of Brockton, played the same winning numbers, which they said represent birthdays in the family.

The siblings picked up their prizes on Friday at the state lottery headquarters in Dorchester, each opting for a lump sum cash payment of $390,000 before taxes.

The winning tickets were purchased the same day at stores about a mile apart. Fralick bought his ticket at the Star Food Mart in Brockton and McClure bought hers at the 7-Eleven on North Quincy Street in Abington.
