The Alligator Festival returns to Luling for the 43rd year

LULING, La. (WGNO) – The Alligator Festival returns to Luling for its 43rd year.

Alligator enthusiasts can experience music, food and alligators at West Bank Bridge Park for four days starting September 26th.

Emergency crews respond to building collapse in Central City

According to a press release, festival goers can expect live alligator exhibits, Cajun cuisine, carnival attractions and approximately 100 vendors “selling unique and handcrafted items.”

In addition to the food and live exhibits, festival organizers say you can also look forward to live music performances from Thomas Cain, Chee Weez, Bag of Donuts and more.

The festival is hosted by the Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish. Organizers announced that proceeds will go toward scholarships for graduates of Destrehan High School and Hahnville High School.

GalaxyCon will debut in New Orleans in 2025

The Alligator Festival takes place from Thursday, September 26th to Sunday, September 29th. Organizers said admission for adults is $5 and admission for children under 10 is free.
