Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend once again boasted on social media about the tennis star’s victory over Alexander Zverev, this time at the US Open.
Social media influencer Morgan Riddle sparked a feud during Wimbledon when Fritz defeated Zverev in a five-set bonanza.
In a video post that was later deleted, she uploaded a short clip with the caption: “When your man wins the girls.”
Many considered this to be a dig at Zverev, who agreed to pay his former partner around £180,000 following allegations of domestic violence.

The German always maintained his innocence and was never convicted. He denied any wrongdoing.
And Riddle was there again on Monday when Fritz triumphed over Zverev again in another brilliant encounter at Arthur Ashe Stadium that ended 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6.
The 26-year-old has never made it past the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam and now has the chance to make it to the end.
This year was a good year for the Californian, who made it to the quarterfinals at Wimbledon and the Australian Open – but he never got any further.
Fritz will face Frances Tiafoe in the semifinals of the US Open on Friday, making it the first time an American has reached the final since 2006.

Morgan Riddle posted the following story on Instagram
He said: “I have watched the quarter-finals a lot over the last few years, but today it just felt different.
“It’s cool that I’m in the semifinals. But I still think: ‘The work is not done yet.'”

“One question I was asked practically every time I lost in the quarterfinals was, ‘What do I need to advance?’
“And my answer was always, ‘Just keep putting me in those situations and I’ll get more comfortable in them and get better.’
“That’s definitely happened now. The quarterfinals didn’t feel like, I don’t know, this big deal to me, like it probably has in the past.”
