Sylvester Stallone is finalizing the purchase of a $24.95 million eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in East Hampton, New York, for his three daughters.
According to the New York Post, the 78-year-old actor made a cash offer for the house for his three daughters and his wife Jennifer Flavin (56) – Sophia (28), Sistine (26) and Scarlet (22).
Stallone also has two sons with his first wife Sasha Czack (74): Seargeoh (45) and Sage, who died of coronary heart disease in July 2012 at the age of 36.
The newly built Hamptons mansion, offered by real estate agents Martha Gundersen and Paul Brennan, spans 11,644 square feet on a 1.12-acre lot.
The “Tulsa King” star’s daughters are expected to move into the mansion next summer, the newspaper reported, noting that the sale of the mansion had not been officially completed on Wednesday.

The three-time Oscar nominee has not yet visited the villa in person; he only made his offer after viewing the property in two video tours, the newspaper reported.
The villa that the Rocky actor is currently negotiating to buy has three floors with an elevator and is located a mile from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, close to the area’s shops and restaurants.
Famed interior designer James Michael Howard designed the house, which is “influenced by classical architecture,” according to an advertisement for the property.
“Every detail, from the furniture to the carpets, curtains and lighting, with antiques from around the world, has been carefully selected for this spectacular property,” the ad says.
The home features a grand entrance gated entryway leading into the home. According to the listing, there is a double height foyer with adjacent staircase and great room.
The home’s kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including two Sub-Zero refrigerators/freezers, a Lacanche stove, and Wolf rapid and electric ovens, the listing says.
The dining area is rounded off by marble worktops and a breakfast corner, which, according to the tender, adjoins a dining room.
