SLO County Airport is bringing direct flights to Las Vegas again for a limited time

The San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport will resume its daily direct flight to Las Vegas this year, but only for a limited time, according to a press release Wednesday.

The temporary flight service from SLO County to Harry Reid International Airport in Nevada will be operated in partnership with Alaska Airlines. Flight service will be available from October 26, 2024, to April 21, 2025.

“We are excited to offer nonstop service between the beautiful Central Coast and the vibrant city of Las Vegas, providing guests with seamless connectivity and convenience,” said Neil Thwaites, regional vice president for California at Alaska Airlines, in the press release.

Tickets for the direct flights can now be purchased from Alaska Airlines.

“We are thrilled to partner with Alaska Airlines to bring this long-awaited service back to Las Vegas,” SLO County Airport Director Courtney M. Johnson said in the release. “We encourage everyone to take advantage of this limited-time service.”
