A private investor has snapped up a 140,000-square-foot shopping center in Harrison, Arkansas.
Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in the sale of retail properties, announced that it has sold North Hills Shopping Center, a 95% occupied, junior box anchor shopping center with 100% national and regional tenants. The center’s tenants include Tractor Supply, Planet Fitness, Big Lots, Dunham’s Sports, Golden Tickets Cinemas, Factory Connection and a single-tenant Popeyes Drive-Thru.
Hanley Investment Group Executive VPs Jeff Lefko, Kevin Fryman and Bill Asher, in conjunction with ParaSell, Inc., represented the seller, a group of several partners based out of state. The buyer, a private investor from Fayetteville, Arkansas, represented itself.
“We received several offers and found a local buyer who knew the mall well and recognized the future value of a partition sales strategy and its strategic location,” Lefko said.
