Shania Twain recently shared her thoughts on the evolution of country music People‘s Choice Country Awards.

In conversation with Fox News DigitalShania said: “I also have the privilege of being part of the development of the new country.”

“I don’t want to talk about new country, I want to talk about the evolution of country music and where it’s going,” the 59-year-old continued.

Shania expressed her excitement to meet some of the new artists before the awards ceremony begins.

For those unfamiliar, the singer is considered one of the best-selling music artists with over 100 million records sold.

According to one outlet, Shania was even given the nickname “Queen of Country Pop.”

The country musician previously launched it come over Stayed in Las Vegas in May and released her latest studio album, Queen of minein February 2023.

“I love music, I’m a music fan. I think the love of it drives me,” she told the outlet.

In addition to her music career, Shania also maintained her lifestyle and stayed healthy in her late 50s.

Meanwhile, the singer revealed that there is “no secret to staying fit” and added: “I enjoy good health and I think luck has everything to do with it.”
