Sean “Diddy” Combs: Woman Accuses Rapper of More Sexual Assault Allegations in New Lawsuit | US News

Sean “Diddy” Combs has faced more sexual assault allegations after a woman filed a lawsuit in New York.

In the new civil case, the woman – identified by the pseudonym Jane Doe – claims she was repeatedly raped and drugged at the music mogul’s homes and became pregnant after one of the encounters.

This follows a series of similar lawsuits filed against it by women combs54, who was arrested in a hotel in New York last week about sex trafficking, drug possession and firearms offenses.

The latest lawsuit was filed Friday against Combs, his companies and several employees and seeks unspecified damages for physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety and other damages.

The woman claims she met Combs abroad in 2020 and that the assault and harassment continued until July of this year.

Rappers dodge Diddy question

She says she was often forced and harassed to travel to Combs’ homes in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and other cities, and on each visit the rapper made her “perform a show for him.”

In an encounter that allegedly took place in July 2022, the woman claims she passed out after being forced to take drugs containing ketamine.

She later allegedly took a pregnancy test and told Combs it came back positive. She said one of the music producer’s employees repeatedly urged her to have an abortion. The lawsuit says she suffered a miscarriage.

Diddy “didn’t do those things” – lawyer

The woman, who is represented by attorneys Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, also claims Combs and his associates tracked her location and monitored her conversations.

She claims Combs kept her from working and gave her an “allowance” that he used to control her.

“No one is above the law. Fame and fortune do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” Ms. Napoli said in a statement.

Since November 2023, Combs has been facing civil charges including rape, sexual assault and forced drug ingestion.

He has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy and sex trafficking charges but remains in prison because he was denied bail. His lawyer said he was innocent and would fight to clear his name.

An attorney for Combs did not respond to an inquiry from The Associated Press about the allegations made in Friday’s lawsuit.
