Combs’ attorney also provided more details about Combs’ late-night arrest, saying the hip-hop mogul moved to New York earlier this month to cooperate with investigators. He was reportedly scheduled to tour the apartment Monday night but was unable to view the space due to his arrest.

He also cooperated with the prosecutor’s subpoenas, the letter states. Combs’ business units “submitted over 144,000 pages of documents to the SDNY in compliance with the subpoena.”
