At a new Michigan sports restaurant in Walker, you’re guaranteed to find something you like – because the menu is huge!
Roasted Sports Bar is officially open at 4322 Remembrance Rd NW.
The restaurant is owned by Jon and Jamie Clark, who have decades of experience in the restaurant industry. The couple previously operated a restaurant called Jerzi’s 41 in Marquette, Michigan.
Roasted Sports Bar’s decor is inspired by Michigan’s professional, college and local high school sports teams. You’ll find plenty of TVs to watch your favorite teams play!

The Clarks say their mission is to “consistently serve delicious food and provide efficient and friendly service.”
As for the food, the Clarks describe it as “unique, artisan-inspired cuisine.”
Let’s get to that huge menu I mentioned!
As someone who loves appetizers, I’m intrigued by what Roasted Sports Bar has to offer. Choose from one pound of hand-breaded chicken wings, a two pound Bavarian pretzel, blackened bleu steak bites, roasted ribeye fries and more. Here’s a look at those decadent fries!
The menu offers a variety of salads as well as hand-formed pizzas, premium bowls, sandwiches, burgers, flatbreads and individual mac and cheese bowls.

Main courses include seasoned spare ribs, wagyu sirloin, fish and chips, spicy southern chicken, bang bang prawns and more.
As a side dish, choose coleslaw, mashed potatoes, broccoletti, onion rings, homemade chips, French fries or a salad.
The Roasted Sports Bar also offers great specials! On Mondays, a burger and a beer costs $7.99. On Thursdays, pizza is half off.
Additionally, starting in winter 2025, there will be an all-day fish menu on Fridays featuring perch, walleye, flounder and more.
