Report: Indiana travels to Purdue on January 31 and hosts the Boilermakers on February 23 – Inside the Hall

The dates for the 2024-25 Big Ten basketball schedule continue to slowly emerge.

On Friday, college basketball insider Jon Rothstein announced the dates for the Indiana-Purdue rivalry games. According to Rothstein, the Hoosiers will travel to West Lafayette to face the Boilermakers on Friday, January 31st.

Purdue will then play Indiana on Sunday, February 23 at Assembly Hall.

These are the fourth and fifth Big Ten games Rothstein has covered for Indiana next season. Indiana hosts Minnesota on Dec. 9, travels to Nebraska on Friday, Dec. 13 and plays Penn State at the Palestra on Sunday, Jan. 5.

Purdue won the regular season series against Indiana last season.

The Boilermakers finished 34-5 last season and lost to UConn in the national championship game. The Hoosiers trail Purdue 127-92 in the overall standings.

Purdue is currently ranked 16th in Bart Torvik’s preseason projections for 2024-25.

• against Arizona, Providence, Oklahoma or Davidson on November 29th at Battle 4 Atlantis
• against Sam Houston State on December 3
• against Miami (OH) on December 6
• against Minnesota on December 9
• in Nebraska on December 13
• against Chattanooga on December 21
• against Winthrop on December 28
• on January 5th at Penn State (played at the Palestra)
• at Purdue on January 31
• against Purdue on February 23
