PSN is currently unavailable

Numerous players have reported that the PlayStation Network is currently unavailable so online services are unavailable. This information has been confirmed by Sony, which is currently investigating the PlayStation Network issue.

PlayStation outages are fortunately not too common, although gamers may be frustrated if they experience another outage in 2024. One of the last major PSN outages occurred earlier this year in July, and was preceded by others in April and March.

At the time of writing, PlayStation Network services are unavailable in almost all areas, including account management, gaming, social activities, as well as the PlayStation Store and PlayStation Video.
