BANGKOK, July 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The Chula Faculty of Allied Health Sciences has launched a ready-to-eat, flour-free protein rice innovation, branded “Egg Day”. This product is low in calories, enriched with high-quality protein, rich in calcium, high in fiber and gluten-free. “The production process transforms the protein structure into protein rice, which has the shape, taste and texture of rice while retaining all the nutritional value of the protein,” said Prof. Dr. Sirichai.
Guaranteed by the Bangkok International Intellectual Property Invention Innovation and Technology Exposition award, eggyday protein rice is ideal for people with weight problems and those who have undergone gastric surgery due to obesity.
