PlayStation outage: Major outage on the PlayStation network, Sony responds

Sony’s PlayStation Network is facing a major outage that has reportedly affected several consoles such as PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PS Vita and even older models such as the PlayStation 3. Sony officially confirmed the outage in a post on its website, while also stating that the company was affected by it and was working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

A post on the official PSN service status page says: “You may have difficulty launching games, apps or network features. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.”
