HUE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Email Requirement: An email address is required for your online purchase with HUE Canada. We’ll be contacting you with information regarding order and shipping confirmation. HUE Canada does not sell or distribute your email information. See our Privacy Policy for more details. 

RETURNS

Items purchased from HUECANADA.CA: We are happy to process exchanges and refunds within 30 days of purchase date if you are not satisfied with your purchase! To qualify for an exchange or return your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase date
  • Include the original invoice
  • Item must be in it’s original condition, unworn and unaltered
  • Original tags and product packaging must be included
  • Not a final sale item

To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact us customercare@huecanada.ca  and include your order number, whether you’d like an exchange or refund and the item(s) you are exchanging or refunding.

Shipment of returns or exchanges back to HUE Canada and the related shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. As soon as we have received your return, you will be notified with confirmation by e-mail of your return with credit details. All items will be credited back the original way the payment was received. 

*Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our exchanges and returns policy. Returns that do not meet our return policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or have a restocking fee of $10 deducted from the original order amount.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders.  

Items purchased from a Retail Store: HUE products purchased at retail stores will need to be returned to the retail location where they were originally purchased. We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased in retail stores.
