New food and beverage options at AT&T Stadium welcome Dallas Cowboys fans this fall

When the Dallas Cowboys play their first preseason game on Saturday, fans will be able to sample over 20 new snack items at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The menu will officially launch on Sept. 15, when the Cowboys play the Saints in the 2024 NFL season opener.

Big flavors and big portions characterize the burgers, flatbreads and sandwiches. There are steak, chicken and vegetarian options as well as lighter fare like salads and wraps. Classic football dishes like nachos, tacos, empanadas, chili dogs and ice cream have been updated with trendy twists. The menu also includes fan favorites from past seasons.

“The Dallas Cowboys’ new game day fan offerings for the 2024 NFL season are very exciting and continue to offer something that all fans of all ages can enjoy – and share,” said George Wasai, VP of Food and Beverage for Legends Hospitality for AT&T Stadium, in a statement. “Our plant-based The Touchdown program also reaches a new level with the expansion to include three vegan offerings: Vegan Ultimate Nachos, vegan hot dog/chili dog and vegan pulled pork sandwich.

Here are the highlights of the new matchday merchandise available at the stadium concession stands:

The Pizza Burger Is a generous 16-ounce Angus beef patty sandwiched between two pepperoni pizzas with lettuce, tomato, marinara and melted mozzarella cheese.

Wagyu truffle burger feafeatures a seasoned Wagyu beef patty served on a locally baked brioche bun with truffle aioli, Havarti cheese and arugula.

Honey Bourbon Steak Sandwich includes honey bourbon marinated Waygu steak tips served on a bun with provolone, arugula and Dijon onions.

Chicken sandwich with tequila and lime Layers grilled, Tequila and lime marinated chicken on a brioche bun with pepperjack cheese, green lettuce, tomatoes and crispy bacon.

The churro waffle satisfies your cravings for sweets.

The Churro Waffle is aHomemade waffles mixed with cinnamon and sugar, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with a dollop of whipped cream.

Oops! Berry Waffle has a waffle base, whichdrizzled with homemade berry syrup, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with Cap’N Crunch Oops! All Berries cereal.

Flatbread with sausage and peppers consists of crispy flatbread with melted mozzarella, spicy Italian sausage and roasted red peppers.

Flatbread with buffalo chicken and bacon is topped with buffalo sauce, melted mozzarella, grilled chicken and chopped bacon.

Flatbread Quattro Formaggio is a four-cheese flatbread with grated mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, fontina and parmesan.

Empanadas with buffalo chicken are filled with buffalo chicken, drizzled with buffalo ranch dressing and garnished with spring onions; served with fries.

Flamin’ Hot Fritos Tacos contain seasoned ground beef, topped with homemade red salsa, queso fresco, pico de gallo and crispy Flamin’ Hot Fritos.

The Fritos Sundae features a sweet and salty flavor profile; crispy Fritos are topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, cinnamon and sugar, then drizzled with caramel and chocolate syrup and garnished with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry.

Ruffles Buffalo Chicken Sandwich adds Flamin’ Hot BBQ Ruffles potato chips for a crunchy touch to this classic sandwich.

Steak Fajita Wrap starts with a chipotle-flavored tortilla filled with marinated fajita steak, avocado, black bean corn relish, roasted poblanos and red peppers.

Chicken Salad Sandwich with Cranberry Pecans hill homemade cranberry pecan chicken salad on a whole wheat bun.

Chicken salad with market berries is a mixture of fresh strawberries and blueberries, grilled chicken, feta and candied pecans, served with homemade poppy seed dressing.

Buffalo Chicken Salad Combine harvestergrilled buffalo chicken with shredded carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, grated pepper jack cheese and buffalo ranch dressing.

Strawberry-kiwi-yogurt parfait Layers of Greek vanilla yogurt with strawberry puree, fresh strawberries and kiwi, topped with coconut granola.

Club Sandwich

The crowded Honor Club Sandwich can carry a fan into overtime.

Honorary Club Sandwich consists of Sourdough bread, topped with smoked ham and turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and homemade Düsseldorf mustard.

Vegan Tostitos Ultimate Nachos is a plant-based version of the Dallas Cowboys’ most popular dish. It combines thick-cut tortilla chips with vegan spicy nacho cheese sauce and hearty plant-based Texas chili, topped with fresh pico de gallo and jalapeños.

Vegan Hot Dog/Chili Dog is a vegan version of a classic, served on a freshly baked vegan bun and topped with hearty vegan Texas chili and melted vegan cheese sauce.

Vegan BBQ Sandwich contains shredded plant-based BBQ protein, tossed in spicy barbecue sauce and served on a freshly baked vegan bun.

Vegetarian Cowboys Cheesesteak updates the stadium’s famous Cowboys Cheesesteak with meatless ingredients.

“Plant-Based Touchdown,” a campaign created through a partnership between Legends Hospitality at AT&T Stadium and WE Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College, has helped expand vegetarian options and increase customer acceptance. The campaign focuses on the health benefits and full flavor of fresh produce to inspire African-Americans, Latinos, Native Americans and all fans to incorporate more plants into their diets, directly addressing diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic diseases.Legends has been purchasing WE Over Me Farm products for use in the stadium’s menus since 2009.

As for beverages, the Dallas Cowboys are partnering with Revolver, a local craft brewery, to spotlight the company’s beers. The selection includes Gridiron American Ale, a light, drinkable beer brewed by Dallas Cowboys and Legends executives along with the Revolver team, and Let’s Go Girls, a Watermelon Kolsh. It’s a pale malt beer with a dash of honey, aged on watermelon puree and hibiscus. It was brewed by the wives of the football team’s executives along with Revolver and will be featured in October as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

AT&T Stadium’s suites and club dining also feature a list of new chef creations, including Texas Veal Osso Bucco, Colossal Shrimp and Snow Crab Claws with Remoulade Sauce, Grilled Sesame Chicken Salad, an Ancho Marinated Flank Steak Wrap and Rowdy’s Frozone Slushies in flavors such as Strawberry Dragon Fruit, Lemonade and Mango.

Legends Hospitality’s culinary team for AT&T Stadium includes Executive Chef and Chef Marcelo Vasquez, Executive Pastry Chef Marcello Guevara and Food Chef Heather Fuller.
