The title is now available on all common gaming platforms.
Monster Jam™ Showdown was developed with the powerful Unreal Engine 5 and offers an impressive line-up of 66* officially Monster Jam™–trucks and over 140 unlockable paint jobs. The focus of the single player experience is the Showdown Tour – a thrilling, non-linear campaign in which players can take part in official Monster Jam competitions such as freestyle and head-to-head racing. The offer is complemented by innovative game modes that combine speed and skill in a unique way. Thanks to comprehensive and customizable driving aids, players can perform spectacular maneuvers and dynamic stunts with the 1,500 hp machines.
Particularly noteworthy are the varied and unusual locations of the Showdown Tour. In addition to stadiums inspired by real-life venues, players can expect three original environments based on the wilderness of Death Valley, Colorado and Alaska. These settings provide the perfect stage to drift and boost at full power and experience the arcade feel of the game. Destructible objects, creative track design and extreme weather conditions make for unpredictable and thrilling racing scenarios.
Competitive fans will also get their money’s worth: In split-screen mode, players can compete in exciting duels with family and friends. In addition, two exclusive online events round off the range of 10 different game modes. Players’ performances are recorded both on leaderboards and in the garage. In the leaderboards, all online matches contribute to the global ranking, while separate lists are available for certain offline events. In the garage, players can view their in-game statistics and view their collection of Monster Jam™-Admire trucks.
Monster Jam™ Showdown is now available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™ and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
