Match updates, live results from week 3

COLUMBIA – Saturday’s Week 3 game at South Carolina has all the ingredients for a fantastic college football game.

The South Carolina-LSU football game will be shown on ESPN’s “College GameDay,” generating excitement among fans and adding national attention. The Gamecocks (2-0, 1-0 SEC) are coming off a road win against Kentucky last week, and the Tigers (1-1) are looking to continue making positive progress after their Week 1 loss in the final seconds to Southern Cal.

It’s been 10 years since South Carolina was featured on GameDay and it’s been 30 years since the Gamecocks last beat LSU.

Between loud fans, a competitive game, and a battle between two star edge rushers and two star offensive tackles, Saturday’s game in Columbia is likely to be a showdown.

Kickoff at Williams-Brice Stadium is scheduled for 12:12 p.m. ET (ABC), following the conclusion of College GameDay at 12:00 p.m.
