As of 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, the evacuation order includes all areas south of the Kelso Barou Bridge on the west side of the Calcasieu Ship Channel and all areas south of the Intracoastal Waterway east of the Calcasieu Ship Channel.

The following municipalities are subject to the regulation:

  • Hackberry
  • Johnson Bayou
  • Holly Beach
  • Cameron
  • Creole
  • Grand Chenier
  • Big Lake

After 6 p.m. tonight, there will be no ambulance service in Johnson Bayou, Little Florida, Long Beach, Gulf Breeze Beach and Holly Beach, Cameron GOHSEP said. Service will resume once the evacuation order is lifted.
