Employee wearing wristband during food preparation. Cutting board has deep cuts and scuffed surface. Food debris observed in refrigerated drawers in grill area along sliding mechanism. Self-closing mechanism damaged in employee restroom. Floor tiles behind front counter damaged.”

- LITTLE CAESAR’S (4375 LEXINGTON RD STE C-8): 70. Inspection notes: “The faucet on the three-compartment sink is constantly dripping. Dirt and debris were observed on floors and walls. Employee beverages were stored next to food on a shelf in a walk-in cooler. Front door does not close completely on its own and remains open. Numerous flies were observed in the facility.”
