CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Kroger customers looking to grocery shop on Friday may want to shop in-store.
The franchise is currently experiencing an “intermittent” issue with its app and website that is preventing customers from ordering groceries online or in advance.
A short notice was posted online on Friday.
“The website is currently temporarily unavailable. We are working quickly to resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.”
When attempting to make a purchase, app users may encounter a pop-up error or notice a long loading time.
Several customers contacted Kroger via X (formerly known as Twitter) about the issue. Kroger responded that it was an unexpected outage.
Hello! We apologize for the inconvenience. All banner websites and mobile apps are currently experiencing an unexpected outage. Our technical teams are trying their best to fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again later. Thanks!
