Koma Precision Inc. announces the debut of the KMA-60 SmartLoader, a compact, highly flexible CNC machine autoloader designed to simplify machine loading and help manufacturers of all sizes maximize production and profitability.
The KMA-60 SmartLoader is designed with a user-friendly interface, space-saving footprint and high mixing capacity. With up to 60 pre-installed work pallets, the machine is designed to reduce setup times and eliminate downtime between parts, which can enable unattended shifts and increased production.
The KMA-60 SmartLoader’s intuitive user interface allows users to easily define loading positions, programs and part mixes. A comprehensive dashboard provides real-time status of all parts, enabling optimal control throughout the entire production process.
