“I wanted to have three children, but I thought, ‘I should stop there, that’s probably all I can do.’ Because you have to give everything of yourself,” she added.

“Of course you have to work, but you’re no longer your priority. Life changes completely. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”

She also said that her childhood and that of her son were “completely different because I worked and he didn’t.”

“And that’s it. I want him to have the experience of being a child because you can’t repeat that. You’re an adult for the rest of your life, so I want him to enjoy every single minute of being a child.”

She welcomed Eissa on January 3, 2017 at the age of 50 and shares her son with her ex-husband, Wissam Al-Mana.

She also talked about how she is raising her child differently than she raised her own, admitting that there are “some things you wish parents had done differently.”

“Because if they had done that to me, it would have been much better for me as a child,” she continued.

“I hated it as a child, but now I’m grateful for it. I have to give credit to my parents for supporting me.”

She also made headlines with her comments about Kamala Harris.
