To justify the high price tag, the coastal property offers a whole host of amenities. In the main house, originally built in 2012, you’ll find two top-of-the-range kitchens, a home theater with massage chairs, a sauna and steam room, and a 9-meter indoor pool. There’s also a large deck overlooking the water with a built-in barbecue, pizza oven, fire pit, wooden bar, and outdoor dining area for up to 24 guests. Stunning views are, of course, a given.
In addition to the residence, the grounds also include an entertainment building that houses an indoor basketball court with a professional pitching machine, as well as a large gym with Technogym and Peloton equipment. Below is a six-car garage equipped with charging stations for Porsche and Tesla.
