The affordable housing lottery has been launched for 1308 – 1314 Lincoln Place, two six-story apartment buildings in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Feingold & Gregory Architects, the buildings offer 13 apartments each. Eight units are available on NYC Housing Connect for residents making 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), with eligible incomes ranging from $102,686 to $181,740.
Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, intercom, split heating and cooling with smart controls, and name-brand kitchen countertops, appliances and finishes. Amenities include high-speed internet, gym, rooftop deck, storage, bike lockers, covered parking with assigned spaces, a shared laundry room and pet-friendly policy. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heating and hot water.
At 130 percent of AMI, there are eight one-bedroom apartments with monthly rent of $2,995 and incomes ranging from $102,686 to $181,740.
Prospective renters must meet certain income and household size requirements to be eligible to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 28, 2024.
