We have been supported from the beginning by the Leeds community, government officials, local business owners and several community associations focused on business development and revitalization efforts. We are grateful for this support and look forward to the future of TA Services in Leeds, Alabama.”

According to a recent press release from the City of Leeds, TA will begin construction on its new facility in the coming weeks. The aim of the project is to integrate old with new, using bricks from the historic ironmongery building to restore it to its original state.

“We have been working on this project with Mr Schell for several months now and it is exciting to see it bearing fruit.

We have a developer who recognizes the historical significance of this building and has decided to go to the trouble and expense of incorporating it into his new plan.

We are delighted that this building is being given a second life!”

David Miller, Mayor of the City of Leeds

The new facility is designed to accommodate the growing TA team and includes:

  • Open office and meeting rooms on the ground floor and mezzanine
  • Conference room
  • A playroom
  • A break room

“We are excited to continue the expansion of our company with the opening of this new facility that combines new with old.

We are confident that this investment and design will help set the tone for the continued development and revitalization of the community in the years to come.”
