Jennifer Lopez has officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck, ending their Hollywood relationship after two years of marriage. The couple has also put their former home, a 3,500-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, up for sale.

Now trending:

And while the red carpet superstars don’t look, eat or dress like us, they’re selling their homes the same way we do – by listing them on Zillow. Zillow Group (NASDAQ:Z)(NASDAQ:ZG) has listed the property for $68 million, about $7 million more than the home was purchased for in 2023.

The house comes with a large pool, and the tax bill is even higher. Zillow shows that California property taxes on the house last year were more than $400,000, or just over 1% of the home’s assessed value.

And although California is known for its high taxes, property taxes in this state are actually lower than most other states, according to Bankrate. For example, if Bennifer’s house were in Connecticut, property taxes would be around $800,000.

In addition to the pool, the home features an indoor pickleball/basketball court, 12 bedrooms, and 24 bathrooms. The home also features a fitness center and gym, a second-story rooftop deck, and more.
