After spending several seasons vetting candidates for the title Ugliest house in Americathe comedian Retta (Parks and Recreation) is now on tour making snarky comments about some of the country’s spookiest properties. Every week, the house considered the scariest is given a $150,000 renovation by designer Alison Victoria. In the opening film, Retta nervously enters a former prison overrun by bats, a customs house with death traps, and a house whose kitchen is dominated by a giant fountain. Pro tip for Retta: Don’t go into the basement alone!
