Full NASCAR Kansas weekend schedule, TV schedule for Cup Series race

play

NASCAR travels to Kansas Speedway in the midst of three national touring series playoffs, led by Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400 Cup Series race that opens the Round of 12.

Kansas’ reputation as the most underrated track on the schedule was further cemented in the spring when Kyle Larson beat Chris Buescher to the finish in the closest finish in series history to win the AdventHealth 400.

The track was a good league leader for the rest of the playoffs. Joey Logano held off Kevin Harvick en route to the championship in 2020, which was a disgrace for this racing package at the time. Logano and Matt Kenseth dueled in 2015, with Kenseth spinning after contact and causing the famous collision later in the playoffs at Martinsville. Last year, Tyler Reddick won in an OT finish over Denny Hamlin.

All three major series are in Kansas this weekend, along with the ARCA Menards Series.
