Foo Fighters cancel Soundside Music Festival following Dave Grohl cheating scandal

Sad times like these.

The Foo Fighters have canceled their scheduled appearance at the Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

“Foo Fighters will no longer be performing at Soundside Music Festival this weekend. For more information, please visit the festival website,” the band wrote in an Instagram statement on Thursday.

The group was scheduled to headline the festival’s second day on Sunday.

On Thursday, the band was listed as one of the artists alongside Jack White, Greta Van Fleet, Bleachers, Norah Jones and Teddy Swims. By late afternoon, the Foo Fighters were deleted from the festival’s official website.

Other musicians scheduled to perform Saturday include the Goo Goo Dolls, Fleet Foxes, Boys II Men and Grace Potter.

The news comes after Grohl revealed that he cheated on his wife Jordyn Blum and had a daughter outside of his marriage.

“I recently became a father to a new daughter, born outside of my marriage,” Grohl wrote on Instagram on September 10. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. “I love my wife and children and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

Earlier this month, an insider exclusively told The Post that some believe Blum knew about his infidelity long before he told the truth, but perhaps not to the extent.

The source noted that close friends “felt bad” for the actress and called her a “nice, wonderful woman.”

Other insiders told People: “Dave’s flirtatious behavior was a hurdle in their marriage. It was hurtful to Jordyn.”

“We keep reading about how heartbroken everyone is because Dave was supposed to be the ‘good guy,’ the rock star who didn’t have to do those rock star things,” the source claimed. “And people are crazy about the guy, but he also has a rock star side.”

Grohl and Blum already have three daughters together: Violet (18), Harper (15) and Ophelia (10).

In exclusive photos obtained by The Post, Blum was spotted leaving a tennis lesson in Los Angeles on Sept. 17 without her wedding ring. She was dating the couple’s tennis instructor, Chris Crabb, at the time.

Following Grohl’s sensational news, there was speculation that the musician was jealous of Blum and Crabb’s professional relationship. However, a source denied these claims.

“There’s nothing going on with her tennis teacher,” a source told the Post.

Crabb is actually married and posted a video of them on the court together in 2022. He tied the knot with his wife Olya in August 2023.
