Rumors have been circulating for some time about a new grocery store coming to Southern Utah. People have been begging for a healthier grocery store like Whole Foods. After all the months and years of speculation, we finally have an announcement!
THE SPROUTS FARMER’S MARKET IS COMING TO SOUTHERN UTAH!
The official press release states: “After many months of speculation and rumors, NAI Excel and Legend Partners are very excited to announce the newest addition to the River Crossing shopping center in St. George, Utah. After many months of speculation and rumors, NAI Excel and Legend Partners are very excited to announce the newest addition to the River Crossing shopping center in St. George, Utah. Sprouts Farmers Market will anchor River Crossing and offer a wide variety of natural and organic foods including fresh produce, bulk foods, vitamins and supplements, packaged foods, meat, poultry, seafood, deli, baked goods, dairy, frozen foods, natural personal care and household items. The company has hundreds of locations in 23 states from coast to coast. This will be its first location in Southern Utah.”
WHERE WILL SPROUTS BE LOCATED?
As mentioned above, Sprouts will be located in the River Crossing Shopping Center. This shopping center is not yet completed, but is located at the corner of River Road and George Washington Boulevard. It is located west of the Summit Athletic Club, across from Maverik and across from Popeyes on River Road.
This will be Sprouts’ 6th location in Utah and their 415th location worldwide. People are still hoping there will be a Trader Joe’s one day, but until then… Southern Utah is excited for Sprouts! There’s no information on when we’ll actually see Sprouts in Southern Utah, but I’d be surprised if it’s ready in 2024.
