PEARL RIVER, NY – Residents living and working in Rockland County can now experience Dunkin’s “next generation” store design at 112 North Middletown Road in Pearl River.
After a devastating fire that broke out on November 29, 2021 and spread throughout the entire square in front of Dunkin’, the restaurant is set to reopen its doors after nearly three years nearby.
To celebrate the grand reopening, Dunkin’ is offering free coffee for a year to the first 100 guests in line at 9 a.m. Friday. Coupon books will be distributed starting at 10 a.m.
Free coffee for a year. Sweepstakes recipients will receive a coupon booklet with four coupons for free medium hot or iced coffee per month for 14 months. (They are only valid at Dunkin’ at 112 North Middletown Road in Pearl River.)
Additionally, from 9 a.m. to noon, all guests can spin a wheel of fortune to win free Dunkin’ items and receive tickets to upcoming New York Boulders games (while supplies last).
Dunkin’ franchisees Mike McAleer and Walter Buczek of Sicomac Partners will mark the occasion with a $3,000 donation to Feeding Westchester in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation. Feeding Westchester is a nonprofit food bank that works with nearly 300 partners and programs to distribute food and other resources to communities throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas.
“We are thrilled to reopen for our loyal guests in Pearl River and the surrounding community,” said McAleer. “We are also proud to support Feeding Westchester with this $3,000 donation in partnership with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, highlighting an organization that provides impactful support and resources to the local community.”
The check presentation and the ceremonial reopening will take place at 11 a.m.
The 260 square meter Dunkin’ employs 15 people and is open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pearl River Dunkin’ features the brand’s new restaurant design with a modern atmosphere, innovative technologies and exciting elements, including:
- Modern design: The openness, colors and materials of the design help to create a welcoming, positive and energetic environment.
- Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now available through an innovative pour system that serves eight consistently cold beverages including coffee, iced tea, cold brew coffee and nitro-infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use premium, flavor-enhancing espresso machines to make handcrafted drinks to order.
- Dunkin’ on Demand: Coming soon will be fully integrated digital kiosks where guests can order with or without the help of an employee. Dunkin’ has also created a mobile pickup area so Dunkin’ Rewards program members who order ahead through the Dunkin’ Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.
