The Detroit Lions will face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3. While both teams are essentially healthy, they will likely have to make a decision on in-game injuries (Alex Anzalone for the Lions and Kelvin Beachum for the Cardinals) before the game tip-off at 4:25 p.m. ET.
