“I just got this sent to me,” Karagach, 31, wrote on her Instagram story on Sunday, September 22, under a screenshot of a Facebook post with pictures of her and a man together in a dance studio. In a subsequent Instagram story video, she then explained her “process of choreography.”

“For me, I always choreograph in my head. And then, because I’m lucky enough to have my husband (Pasha Pashkov), who is a dancer, is also in the show. We’ll do it in our living room and see if it works.”

Since she and Pashkov, 38, had “different schedules” the day before, she turned to a friend to help her plan her new routine. “I asked one of my really good friends, Ronald to come and be a body for me and just listen to my choreography and have him learn what I wanted to do so that I could see that it made sense. And if it didn’t make sense, I would change it,” she explained. “I’m very lucky to have these friends who sacrifice two hours of their day to come and see if my choreography works, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t choreograph my dance.”

She further praised her boyfriend Ronald for “giving up two hours of the day to help me just be my body and see if my choreography, my vision, could come to life,” adding, “I just wanted to give him credit because he deserves it, but that doesn’t mean you have to discredit me as a choreographer because I work my ass off to make sure I create things that put a smile on your face. So, I just wanted to get that out there.”
