US restaurant chain Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ has announced plans to launch an express model at a Walmart store in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
The move is part of the brand’s strategy to integrate the company into Walmart stores across the country, offering customers a convenient way to eat while shopping.
The new Express model is designed for fast, casual dining and simplifies the food ordering process.
The Express model opens at 7am and includes a breakfast menu.
The decision to partner with Walmart is in line with the restaurant chain’s mission to make its menu more accessible.
The Crave app allows pre-ordering so customers can order in advance and have their meals ready upon arrival.
The app also offers exclusive secret menu items and special offers: new users receive 10% off their first purchase.
Crave’s menu features hot dogs, including options like nacho dogs and chili cheese dogs.
In addition, dishes, bowls and meals made from smoked beef brisket, pulled chicken and pulled pork are also offered.
Samantha Rincione, CEO of Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ, said, “We couldn’t be more excited to launch this model nationwide.
“There are many markets we are interested in and we intend to open 100 Walmart stores nationwide in the next year. We are strategically positioning ourselves for national expansion in the U.S.”
In August 2024, Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ announced that it would introduce its first Express model at a Walmart store in Louisville, Kentucky.
The new project brings the brand’s signature offerings to Walmart’s Cedar Springs Blvd.
The 185 sqm express unit offers ample seating and a special menu.
