Coventry have battled their way to this point, beating Championship rivals Bristol City and Oxford United by one goal each, and their reward is now being David to Tottenham Hotspur’s Goliath.
We hope this story does not end like this.
This could be an opportunity for Ange Postecoglou to experiment and rotate as the games come thick and fast. But it won’t be a walk in the park. Coventry will be up for the challenge and Spurs will have to work hard to get things under control here.

- Absolutely no links to illegal streams. They are bad and will get us into trouble. Violators will be warned or blocked.
- We have rules against “relentless negativity.” Nobody likes a grumpy person. Don’t be hasty and post edgy or hurtful things just because you’re frustrated.
- In this sense, openly insulting players or referees is also not allowed. It is OK to say “Wow, that was a really bad decision”, but it is NOT OK to massively insult the referee for a decision you did not like.
- Treat others in the match thread the way you would want someone to treat your grandmother. Be nice. This is a community of fans, not an unmoderated message board.
- NO SPIDERS!
- And finally, while we don’t have a rule against bad language, please try to keep the rude words under control. Also, language that is sexist, racist, transphobic, or homophobic will be promptly deleted and you will be banned immediately. This is an open, supportive community.
