Countdown to the big Fortnitemares 2024 live event: start date

About 30 minutes before the event, Epic Games will add a special mode option to the main menu that you can join to attend the Fortnite live event.

All Fortnitemares 2024 leaks

It’s no secret that the upcoming Fortnitemares 2024 event will deliver a flood of new content. Luckily, we’ve already gotten a taste of what’s to come, confirming that Fortnite is gearing up for even more horror crossovers.

First off, Leatherface, a classic horror character from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, will be joining the Fortnite roster once the live event ends. The character is also seen with his iconic chainsaw, which may be used as a melee weapon or pickaxe.

Leakers also revealed that Doom’s Tower will be destroyed during the event and we’ll likely be using Tony Stark’s upgraded Rift Beacons to try and stop the chaos. Mephisto will soon appear on the map as an NPC who will offer exciting new services.

When it comes to the timer on the Reckless Railway, this event takes us straight into a Halloween showdown at Castle Doom. Doom has been preparing all season for an evil plan to summon Mephisto, the Marvel devil. According to leaks, the event will also feature a cinematic cutscene, likely the Fortnitemares story trailer.
