And Pereira ended the show in the fourth round with a huge right uppercut that left McGregor $200,000 richer.

On X, formerly Twitter, he wrote: “Quick, what are the chances of a knockout either way?”

“I’ll bet a million dollars on this,@DuelbitsThere’s a knockout happening here.”

“It wouldn’t surprise me if Rountree gets an insane knockout win here.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Periera falls unconscious from a knee jump.

“Whoever starts throwing little flick kicks here, the first one to do a little flick kick here loses. I guarantee it…”

“I’m betting $1 million on a KO happening one way or another here in this main event, @Duelbits. The chances of winning are 1/5. One million returns $200,000. Let’s see…”

He then confirmed that he had won the bet.

“$200,000, baby! THE RICH GET RICHER! What you call it game by game! What a fighter, Poatan! Unbelievable!” added McGregor.

But “Notorious’s” celebration quickly turned to anger when Pereira announced he would not be moving up to heavyweight next.

“Poatan” has hinted at the possibility of challenging Jon Jones for 265lb gold but insisted he was happy at light heavyweight immediately afterwards.

McGregor uploaded a video of himself watching Pereira’s post-fight interview from home, and at first he was full of praise for the two-weight UFC champion.

“Those are leaning feet, yes? No feet, the feet don’t go back there,” he said.

“He doesn’t even step back, it’s a lean back. You’re still right in front of him, boom!”

“Rountree Jr. is just as tough… Lots of guns. He couldn’t let her go over there…

“The inside low kicks, the outside low kicks. That was a great fight, yes! Incredible.”

McGregor then urged Pereira to gain weight and expressed his displeasure when the Brazilian superstar suggested against it.

“Heavyweight… You’re calling for Heavyweight now!” he shouted.

“Ah, drop it if he says drop to middleweight. Don’t lie to yourself (about moving to middleweight). It was a heavyweight cut.”

McGregor quickly deleted the video, but several accounts screen-recorded it and re-uploaded it online.
